Libra Care Services Delighted to Already be Paying Above Minimum Living Wage Increase

The government budget in October 2021 announced an increase in the minimum living wage to £9.50 for employees aged 25 and over.  Bearing in mind the struggle Domiciliary Care providers have in attracting and retaining staff, this will be welcomed in the health and social care industry where so many staff are on the minimum pay.

As a newly formed Domiciliary Care business, Libra Care Services recognises the impact this increase will have and to reflect the level of care and investment in staff, has pledged to increase pay scales above minimum wage to reflect the dedication the team have to providing excellent care to clients in the community.
